Daniel is CEO and Senior Consultant at EcoNordic Consulting Group, with primary responsibility for recruitment, people development, and the continued expansion of the company’s consultant and supplier network.

He leads the qualification and onboarding of new consultants and partners, ensuring that the expertise within EcoNordic’s network meets the professional, technical, and cultural requirements of both the company and its customers. Daniel also works closely with existing consultants and suppliers to develop long-term relationships, strengthen capabilities, and ensure continued access to high-quality specialist competence.

Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Daniel works as a Senior Consultant, bringing practical consulting experience into the development of EcoNordic’s organisation and service offering. His focus is on building a strong, scalable, and trusted network of people and expertise that can respond quickly to evolving customer needs.

Patrik is a Senior Consultant and Partner at EcoNordic Consulting Group, with primary responsibility for operational delivery and the performance of the company’s customer assignments.

He works closely with EcoNordic’s consultants throughout their engagements, providing support, follow-up, and guidance to ensure that each assignment delivers in line with customer expectations and agreed objectives. A key part of his role is making sure that consultants have the right conditions, support, and resources to perform successfully in demanding customer environments.

Patrik also maintains close dialogue with customers during ongoing assignments, helping to identify challenges early, follow up on delivery, and ensure that EcoNordic consistently delivers what has been promised.

With a strong operational perspective and extensive consulting experience, Patrik plays a central role in maintaining delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term performance across EcoNordic’s assignments.
