Our industrial roots
EcoNordic Consulting Group has its roots in InnovationTech AB, founded in 2009 by Mikael Henningsson. From the beginning, the company was built around a practical understanding of industry, combining technical expertise, operational improvement, and close collaboration with customers.
Experience built in the operation
Over the years, the business developed through assignments in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, operational excellence, project management, and business transformation. This experience created a strong foundation in solving complex challenges in industrial environments and delivering improvements that create measurable business value.
A new chapter: EcoNordic
In 2025, the next chapter began with the formation of EcoNordic Consulting Group AB. The company was developed to build on the experience and industrial heritage of InnovationTech while creating a broader and more scalable consulting platform for the future.
A broader platform for expertise
Today, EcoNordic combines senior consulting expertise with a growing network of specialists, consultants, and selected partners. Our offering has expanded beyond traditional consulting to include interim management, specialist consulting, consultant brokerage, and flexible delivery models tailored to each customer’s needs.
Although the company has evolved, the core philosophy remains the same as when the journey began in 2009: understand the customer’s real challenges, bring the right people and expertise together, and deliver improvements that make a lasting difference.
